Dam Overlook Project Ron Kilburn Created by Steve Wunsch and BFA Trades Students, Placed on June 11!!! Across from VFW near the dam.Support provided by Swanton Village. Funding being discussed. June, 2015
RiseVt Betsy Fournier New Grant to promote healthy lifestyles.  We ALL need to sign up at and “Take the Pledge” to commit to a healthier lifestyle. Smoothie Bike is available for Healthy Event we could plan ahead and request it. All Summer
Bike Racks Sue Collins (absent)Chad Metayer Getting a price quote from a local welder, Mike Bishop.  Looking for quotes (so far they look to be around $400) July, 2015
Pickle Ball Betsy Fournier Progress made!  Swanton Village agreed to paint lines on the Marble Mill tennis court.  Dave Reissig offerred to help out and teach the game of Pickle Ball to anyone interested.  See Barlow Street playground for an example of a court. July, 2015
Depot Museum River Access Ron Kilburn Please bring your ideas to our next meeting. Town owns over 200 ft. of riverside.  A long term idea is a floating dock. Summer
Marble Mill Clean Up Report Becka Barrett/Tammy Sellers (invited but absent) Green up and clean up happened in May, 2015.Looking for “next steps” and will continue to invite and include this facebook group to future projects. May, 2015
Other Business
Looking for other ideasfor projects and improvements Gordon Clements 1. Would like to see more picnic areas2.  Swanton Beach is under used.  Check on “wind surfing lessons”
